These are not programs, and they are not a ladder. Each one is a way of walking with what is already moving, so ordinary life can be lived, and so joy does not have to wait until the change is over. If something here feels like yours, write and say what is moving. An hour is yours to ask for. It is never assigned.

Leaving a known life
A job, a role, or a way of being that has been home is ending, and you are still here. You do not want that ending to be the only way you are remembered. This current came through a young horse who crossed while he was still brilliant. We stay with you in the release. Room, protection, and joy are already with you. They are not a prize waiting on the other side.

You came through a long hard season. Life greened again, and gratitude did not follow it home. This is not an exercise in looking on the bright side. What you lived is kept. What is given now is a gift, not a debt. That teaching belongs to the people of that coast, and we walk beside it as guests.

Something you need in order to live the day is closed off. We stay with the opening of that place. You are not asked to become someone else, and no closed door is forced.
The Two Guides
Released, and remembered
What opens also needs to be thanked, or the gift is spent as if it had always been there. Thanks alone, with the door still shut, leaves the day unlived. These two walk together only when both are needed. They are not a third thing you have to take.
The Field of Exchange
You and a horse, or you without one
The work is the space between you and a horse, or between you and your own life. It may be walked in person, or virtually. The landing does not change the work. We begin by being there. The old tension is not argued out of you. We wait until it can leave on its own. A horse of your own is welcome, and never required. If you do not have a horse and you would like to walk this offering with one, HS Pinero — Bear — may be invited to support you. The invitation is his. Voice and choice stay with him, and he must agree. He is not the healer, not a rental, and not why you came. If he does not agree, the hour is not ruined. This is not a lesson, and it is not a rescue.
A virtual hour is not a video lesson, and it is not a horse filmed for you. You are where you are. I am where I am. We share the hour by a quiet call. If your horse is with you, they stay on their own land. You do not have to point a camera at them, or at yourself, to prove the hour. They may be nearby, or the hour may be walked without them in view. If you have no horse and Bear has agreed to come, he is with me, on the land where he lives. You meet him through the hour. He is not performed. If he steps away, the hour goes on. The call is a window. It is not a stage.
